You can send an email to info at moviepicturedb dot com containing proof that you are indeed the copyright owner. If so, we will remove the pictures currently on the website as soon as possible, and will also prevent new images from being uploaded.

How can I download posters in their original resolution?
You need credits to download posters in their original resolution. You can earn credits by uploading new posters (so you do not have to pay to download), or you can buy credits. To buy credits, go to your userpanel.

Are credits from MoviePosterDB.com and MoviePictureDB.com interchangeable?
No, these credits can only be used on the website they were purchased on.

How do I become a MoviePictureDB.com moderator?
You cannot apply for such a status. What you can do is upload good pictures. We might pick you as a new moderator after a while...

I purchased credits but didn't get them. What's going on?
It might be that your payment has not been cleared yet. If you are however sure your payment is cleared and that you did not receive the correct number of credits, please send an email to info at movieposterdb dot com containing your PayPal email-address or the PayPal transaction ID.

What is the IMDb movie ID?
You can find the IMDb movie by browsing to a movie-page and then copy the 7-digit number from the end of the url. If a movie is not listed on IMDb, but you have a picture for it, please report this to us.
